Good 100m dash time?
I recently joined our HS track team i got a bad leg during second day of practice third day i ran the 100m dash came in last with a time of 15.2 i weight 200 pounds all mostly fat lol is that really bad? also when i joined i was 220 pounds now im 202 pounds with a bad leg though so i cant excersize now lol so how bad you think that is?

I ran it in 10.8 in high school and that is pretty good. You will find faster though but if you want to be competitive you need to break 11. Oh, this also depends what part of the country you are in. On the coast you need to be faster because you are closer to sea level. In the mountains you are a little slower because of oxygen deprivation. Keep training and the bad leg and the weight will go away. Eat right and often.How do you find your lactic acid threshold?
15.2 isn't bad i've been doing athletics for 2years and i only run about that fast but i'm not a sprinter.Whats an average long jump in 7th grade girls?
well im only in middle school and i made the track team with the 100 yrd dash and i got 13.05 i think that 15.2 is pretty good for someone who is like 200 pounds.keep up the good work
That is pretty bad LOL... But considering you weigh 200lbs you say with fat, that's not all that bad. Could definitely be better though. 15 seconds will not get you much in high school. But you don't always have to compete with others. Just try beating your best time, and that will be the most fun
