I am looking for someone who uses the stroller for jogging and hard walking. I have a four-month-old and a two-year-old so I'll be using it for a while.

Both the Schwinn Safari and the InStep Safari are great jogging strollers. They're durable, comfortable for the kids, easy to assemble, and just all around great. In addition, they have swivel wheels so that they are great for regular use also. I know several families who have them, and they never seem to complain about either one. And neither do the kids.
As far as comparisons go, they're pretty much the same thing with minor, mostly aesthetic, differences. I noticed that the InStep Safari is the more popular one, but I don't think you can go wrong with either one.
