Is Shaving legs for males good for running?

Help... i have a track meet tomorrow and i have to run the mile and the 800m ... any tips?
No, not typically.(Serious) Swimmers shave all of their body hair, because that can equal 1 or more mili-seconds, and in swimming that matters.
(Serious) Cyclists shave only their legs, not to become faster, but because if they ever get in a wreck it is easier to clean and less painful without leg hair, and they can get back on the bike sooner. Also, some say that having no leg hair helps in getting massages after the race,
The aerodynamical advantage in shaving legs for running is almost non-exsistant, and you don't get in crashes, so no.

Anyone in the phils. has an idea where can i get k-swiss shoes, that is made in chekoslovakia?
I know that it's really good for you for swimming, but I've never heard of it being good for running.I'm on a Cross Country team and none of our guys shave their legs and we have the number 2 team in the State!
You could always experiment with it. Run three trials timing yourself, then shave your legs and do it again.
(Obviously not all in the same day.)
Good luck.
i think its only really good for swimming so i wouldnt recommend a guy shaving his legs to run it just doesnt seem manly
Do I need differ ant shoes, socks or just more time running?
it's more popular in swimming, although some runners do shave their legs. i only recommend you doing it if you're really really really really really serious...like for competitions or somethingSummer Cross Country Training Programs?
I think that sort of thing is better suited for the h o m o s e x u a l s ... and soccer ferries!I dont see why it would make any difference.
swimmers do it to lower their resistance against the water. runners dont need to, because the air resistance against leg hair is so tiny it wont make a difference. I guess if you liked to wear the skin tight running pants and didnt like the way they felt with hairy legs, you could.
I am looking for 6E neutral running shoes, can they be found?
I have only heard of swimmers and cyclists shaving their legs. You may be starting a new trend. I suppose there might be some reduction of wind resistance. You must be one of the faster people who worries about hundreths of a second.Good Luck!
I don't know where you heard that from. But the only people who do that is swimming because it does slow them down because of the water. I think that is nasty to shave your legs. It doesn't do anything for running though.
