I have very big pain everyday after i run the mile for warm up?

Where is your pain?
If you over-stretch before running, you can actually cause leg pain.
If it's in your adomen, it's a running posture issue.
Hard to tell without knowing where it is!

you need to strech. alot and when that happens say your left side put your left arm over your head and strech out that side and also make sure you breath right in your nose out your mouth.
