How long are spikes good?
ive had my nike track/ cross spikes for 2 years and 4 seasons, i only use them for races but they look a little worn out. should i get new ones?

Yes. But beware, there are different kinds of spikes. Pyramids are good for cross country but x-mas tree (compression) spikes are superior in track.Are sprinters track spikes fine for long jumping?
if you feel like you need new ones then yea, the wear really depends on what you run, i run the mile and have for the last 2 years and mine are still good, but if you walk on concrete and do lots of events the you might need new ones!How many minutes or hours should you run each day?
