Question regarding on running and speed walking...?
I been doing a lot of leg work outs for the past year or so. I can leg press about 765. My question first it seems that my left leg is stronger and it can do more weight then the other. How can i fix this problem and it feels that i weigh more on the left side... My next question is how can i speed walk and run faster without slowing down because of to much muscle...

I doubt you have too much muscle, it is just that your quads are too tight and your hamstrings/glutes are significantly weaker, so that could be hindering your movement. Again, stop leg pressing and start squatting and doing unilateral leg work. You need to bring your posterior chain up to par.
I am beter at 400m but coach wants me to stick to 800m?
At my local Bally's, I see the body builders using the elipticals more often that walking or jogging. They do cool down on the track, though. A stair stepper may be more your speed. As for the legs, maybe only work the left side 75% of the times you work out until the right catches up. It sounds like a little loss in strength isn't going to hurt you.
