since you put this question in running, i think you already know how! but i would say run for like 30 min. to an hour each day, that should help u drop a few pounds.Protecting my body when I run?
trust me, you shouldn't need to lose weight at this age. but if you are sure you want to, just work out a little, or at least exercise. good luck. <3Try to eat boiled chiken or tuna salad and fruits when ever you get hungry I been doing it every day for the last month and I have lost 8 pounds now my body is toning with a litlle exercise every day. You should give it a try.
