right now i'm jogging, how can i run and get a hot body?

Absolutely yes! First, you must get yourself a journal so that you can document your progress.Monday: Stretch for five minutes and run for 5 minutes
Tuesday: Do some weight training, for 5 minutes, preferably leg lifts, etc.
Wednesday: Stretch for five minutes and run for 10 minutes
Thursday: Do some weight training for 5 minutes, preferably leg lifts, etc.
Friday, Stretch for five minutes and fun for 15 minutes.
Do this for several weeks until you get to 30 minutes of running.
The key is to do increments. This will keep your body happy. Oh, and don't forget to drink lots of water and eat heathy meals.

It has been statistically tested that if you run multiple short sprints, as opposed to long runs, your body will burn fat and build muscle more rapidly. So with that said, you're going to get what you put into it.You have to work your way up to it. Don't just start sprinting. Jog for half a mile, then run for half a mile. Then work your way up to running a mile. You also need to watch your diet and calorie intake. If you are putting more calories into your body than you are burning off, then the running is not going to get you results. Also, try toning exercises to get your arms and legs where you want them. I'm doing the same thing. if you jog with weights in your hands and get ankle weights.. your basically working your whole body. but you only want little weights so you dont pull a muscle or wear your self out too much. and you want to start with them gradually! such as if you are jogging ever day for 30 min. only start out using the weights one day. then the next week do it for two days then maybe two days the next again and three the next and work yourself up to it.While running, how do you know when you are working (running) too hard?
