How do I get over runners knee- do I keep running?
I checked out runners world to get a good idea of the symptoms, and when I run, going on soft surfaces help to prevent the pain. Once I have a couple of miles done, the pain also subsides. What I don't get is whether I can continue running on the following days (after RICE) or whether I should stop running for some time until my knee gets back to normal.

Any ideas about how to help me?
I had something like runners knee and i kept running and doing P.E. and then it got so bad that i had to be put in Physical Therapy. I would stop running for a while and build up the strength in your leg, and if you get your leg really strong then it shouldn't hurt as much. You can do things like leg lifts to get your leg stronger. What are the best shoes for Pole vault and also long jump??
