Running the disney marathon & need a good italian restaurant in Orlando to carb up, any suggestions??

Ran the race a couple years ago and all the restaurants right near disney were completely packed with 2 hour-plus waits...something a little out of the way or right off a main highway (within 10-15 minutes) would be great! Thanks...

Why don't you just make reservations for one of the restaurants at Walt Disney World? That way you don't have to worry about any waits. There's a few wonderful Italian restaurants, like L'Originale Alfredo di Roma Ristorante at EPCOT, Mama Melrose's Ristorante Italiano at the Disney (MGM) Studios, Tony's Town Square Restaurant at the Magic Kingdom, or the Portobello Yacht Club at Downtown Disney.
