No. I was actuallly surprised the Womens 100m record stood so longRecords are made to be broken.
However, from this point forward, that record should only see very, very incremental improvement. That is unspeakably fast. It will take a very special athlete on the right day.
I could see it standing for another 10 years, but it will be broken at some point.
A bigger question is will it be broken by a clean or "enhanced" athlete. The cheaters are far ahead at this point.
