Aberdeen Athletics Club (UK)?

Question:Hi, Is there anyone here who trains with Aberdeen Athletics Club? I'm thinking of joining but it would be great if someone could contact me for some advice. I used to run in my early teens with an athletics club and I was quite good and now at 27 I would really love to get in shape and start running again. I'm wondering about what kind of levels and people Aberdeen Athletics Club caters for and how fit I need to be to join (I now porbably couldn't run around a football pitch once without collapsing!!)

have been involved with an athletics club (not AAC) and we took on at any level - i am sure they will too - just pop along and ask - dont they have a website?
