Training for track?
For track I usually do the 100m and the 200m sprint, and sometimes I do the 4x400m relay. What can I do to get faster?

It's hard to say with little information. Do you run well now? Are you on varsity or JV? Do you follow instructions well from your coach and give practice your all? Are you overweight? Perhaps not overweight but could you tone more and lose a few inches to improve your time? Change your diet to eliminate sodas, fried foods, etc.You might want to ask yourself those questions. Be healthy, practice hard, be positive.Good luck!
What can I do about this for running?
Do interval training and drink alot of water throughout the day before each paractice. Stretch to stay injury free and cool down after every workout./What times do I need to have in order to run track for a college?
Well just practice running every day! Track at my school starts on April 10, and starting tonight I'm gonna run 2 miles everyday until then. Because I'm doing the 200m and 400m.--melissa--
