Running inspires me for that period of time that I do not have a cell phone on me, that idea where you dont have to worry about anything except taking that next step, its that kind of freedom from a modern life. That plus the next race.I have a passion for getting better, however cheasy it sounds. Every time I run, I try to do better than last, whether it works or not. Success, (however lame it sounds) keeps me going.
What kind of track shoes should I buy if all events I do is running?
I just love to run: it's a simple answer, but then again, it's not like I usually give simple answers. It's the feeling of a "runner's high" or knowing that I just earned a PR in a race, especially during a 5K. Also, running inspires me to let things go; if I'm angry or sad, I'll go for a run, and it'll able me to let it go. As I said, I just love to run.How do u get up early in the morning like at 6 am?
since i'm a trail runner, it's definitely nature that inspires me. the scenery is beatiful and constantly changing when you're running a trail. also, there's something primal about flying through the woods - jumping over fallen trees, leaping off roots, etc. It just feels so good to be removed from pavement and traffic. it almost feels like i'm connected to my evolutionary ancestors when i'm running through the forest. How can I improve my mile time before tomorrow?
The thrill of a personal best or finishing a race knowing that I used every last bit of energy I had.Its just more different from any sport no catching a ball no hitting something you are just free(kinda) and you let your legs guide you your coach cant really yell at you because you may have a different style of running then he does and that gives me a good feeling cause i dont like to get bossed around and crossing the finish line saying its over oh yeah woooooo and then you notice there are still people crossing it and your like i got first
