What kind of track shoes should I buy if all events I do is running?

I just love to run: it's a simple answer, but then again, it's not like I usually give simple answers. It's the feeling of a "runner's high" or knowing that I just earned a PR in a race, especially during a 5K. Also, running inspires me to let things go; if I'm angry or sad, I'll go for a run, and it'll able me to let it go. As I said, I just love to run.

How do u get up early in the morning like at 6 am?

since i'm a trail runner, it's definitely nature that inspires me. the scenery is beatiful and constantly changing when you're running a trail. also, there's something primal about flying through the woods - jumping over fallen trees, leaping off roots, etc. It just feels so good to be removed from pavement and traffic. it almost feels like i'm connected to my evolutionary ancestors when i'm running through the forest.
