Do corduzin actually work?

Answers:

I need tips on running the 800m dash.?

Corduzin is a supplement that is supposed to increase your energy and reduce fatigue. In principle, it is supposed to increase your red blood cell production, similar to the effects of runners who train in high altitudes (e.g. Kenyan elite marathoners). At least, that is the claim of the people who produce Corduzin.

Unfortunately, this is very likely to be one of those cases where it is too good to be true. From people who actually tried them during marathon training, I heard different stories varying from no effect (except emptier wallet) to decreased performance because their heart rate was far too high during the race.

Like most supplements out there, no long term studies have been done for Corduzin, and I am not aware of even short term studies. Based on those passed who have passed by my way, I see no reason to waste my money on them.
