My left calf hurts when I raise it, at the beginning and at the end of a running session... is this an injure?
Question:During the 4 mile training it doesn't really hurt, it is only at the beginning before commencing the actual running and at the end of it...
And I do some 8-9 minutes of preliminary exercises...
