Nike Air Zoom Moire vs Nike Air Max 360?

Im deciding between these two shoes because ive tried both on at the store and both are very comfortable. I would choose Air Zoom Moire but im thinking theres a reason why 360s are $40 more. Any advice would be nice.

The price is not always a good indicator of the quality of the shoe. They were made with different needs in mind. The Nike Air Zoom Moire is a performance shoe in that is provides minimal stability (i.e. cushioning) so that it is lighter. The idea is that with lighter shoes, you will run faster. The reason why it is cheaper is that it costs far less to make. This type of shoe is perfectly fine for those who are running cross country, 5K, or 10K races, but if you want to run a marathon, you should look elsewhere. You may be able to get away with it for a half-marathon.

The Nike Air Max 360's provides more shock absorption than the Moire, and it can be used for longer distance running without a problem. The main complaint among customers is that the shoes wear out and the air sole cushioning can be easily punctured, especially if you run on trails. Nike claims to have improved durability with their newest model, Nike Air Max 360 II, but based on what I hear from those who bought both shoes and just by looking at the shoes, there is obviously no significant difference except in the aesthetic design.

Both are fairly decent shoes. You should just choose based on your needs. Personally, I wear performance types shoes for shorter races (i.e. half-marathons or shorter distances), but I wear shoes with more support for full marathons.

What is a good way to approach running as daily exercise??

they r both nice shoes. it depends what ur events are. if u sprint u probably want the air zooms. if u are a long distance runner you probly want the air max.
