Running wat do i do?
Im a pretty good runner. I ran 400 came in 1st, i ran 800 came in first ran 1500 came in first out of my year but 4th all togther wif the seniors,juniors and intermaited, Im on the athletics team and the head of PE chooses the best runners and i ran in the International schools sports federation Hong Kong. I ran against the best in the privates school division. (IAM A PARTOF) and got a silver metal for coming in second in the 400finals and 2 in the 800finals. wta cna i do to improve my time and confidence

I would strongly urge you NOT to use weights.

What's the best way to train for a marathon?
You appear to have the ability of a good long sprinter, middle distance runner. You should not need anything to improve your confidence. You will have to do specific training if you want to run these events. There are sports clubs where you are that can direct you in your training. It is important that you follow a program. I can give you some direction, but you need someone who can help you train and practice. Start by running mileage, 3 to 5 miles 3 or 4 times per week. This will give you a base conditioning so you can train. Seek out a club and coach.U don't need 2 improve ur time. That's brilliant!
