I´m training for the 400meters, i have 2 months of training and have a knee injury. help?


my knee injury hurts when i do the hip extension to go to the next stride on the run, i can do jumps and slow jogging but, i can run faster because of the leg movement. need help!!

You need to find out what is wrong with your knee. You can not train if you can not run. Did you injure the knee, or is this something that happened without any impact or collision? It sounds like you could have a cartilage problem. Talk to your trainer or doctor.

talk to your doctor and see what is wrong. U may have a real problem there. Or if u r young like 12-15 it may be just growing-pains. VISIT A DOCTOR !

Which training shoes are best for 50-meter indoor track sprinting?

i had a knee injury a little bit back and its because the cartilage in my knee ripped Severely every step i took it hurt so i couldnt walk without pain so its probaly the same thing with you but probaly less damage since you can jog, all the advice i can give you is just dont run around and in like a week it will be 100% better and see a doctor because it might be more severe then a cartlige tear

It helped for me. I had the same problem as you (left knee joint pain).
