Do you think i could beat my school mile record in three years?

look up plyometrics (bounding) they will help a lot with your jump.. fartlicks work well for sprinting it will work on speed and a bit of endurance for the 200.. i suggest going to your track practices as well... if you miss them you are only hurting yourself. good luck

Help with hurdles!!!?

idk about the long jump but with the sprints hold your breath and dont let out until you're done with it because it should take u 30 secs to run it and it will take your air i hope that helped

Can running bare foot damage your feet?

well might i say you are fairly small wich is not a good advanage in this case.it is good to be small but if you were taller you could run faster to get a good set up for a long jump.
eat healthy and have a good time in track.swing your arms before you jump
