Looking for someone with Real Hurdle experience in track- not if you just saw it; only if you do it?

Taking rest is something to consider. A lot would depend on how hard you have been working out to date. With those kinds of times, I'd expect your coach to be a little more interested. You probably aren't the best on the team, but certainly a front runner.

Your 800 time is actually slow, in my opinion. How often do you do a speed workout on the track? If 1x week, consider 2 track workouts this week (1 more intense than what you usually do, and one less intense). If you don't do any track workouts, consider 6x400 with 400 jog in between at your 1600 pace (maybe 4-5sec faster).

Other advice? Make sure you are going to the gym (I was 5'8" and 110#, I can relate) and keep a healthy diet.

Sectional 400 meter run!?

First...they are some good times...great job. Some athletes get their best times after taking a week off. I wouldn't "cram" in any intense workouts. If your week leading up to Spring Break consisted of 3-4 workouts or 10-15 miles (?)...cut that in half and go out every other day for a nice jog. Use the down time for your body to rest and get stronger...it'll pay off! Good luck.

How do i make my butt tighter?

Your 2-mile time is really good and you would do good with cross country in high school. I think you could definitely improve your mile and 800 times if you did speed work. You obviously have the endurance but definitely do more interval workouts (like 8x400s at 1600 pace) on the track. Or, since it is spring break and you might not have access to a track, try to end your distance runs by striding or running the last 200 at almost your full speed. You could also do shorter, faster runs that push your speed more.
