What is the TacTics to Run Fast well in a 4.5km Run .. ? For Example .. ?? ANY TIPS ..?

if you're just running for yourself, try to run at the fastest pace you can keep up for the entire run. if you feel good near the end, you can speed this up. DONT try to go too fast at the beginning, or you'll burn out.
if its a competition, you should also go for a fast pace that you can keep up. but try to stay near the front of the pack with the leaders. dont let any rabbits burn you out, but dont fall so far back that you cant make it up at the end. if you feel good at the half, try to pull away and get a lead on the pack. otherwise, stay with the leaders and try to out sprint them at the end.
u probably know this but i just cant stress this enough DO NOT EAT MEXICAN FOOD BEFORE U RUN!... trust me, i learned the hard way lol
