In UK 8-ball, the black is the last ball to be potted. It cannot be potted at any other time during the frame, intentionally or accidentally, nor can it be potted at the same time as any other ball. Therefore, in your scenario, Player 1 has played a foul shot and forfeits the frame. Well in the USA you would lose. You cant call two object balls in one shot. You must shoot the object ball and then the eightball in two seperate shots.
