Hi there,

It's depend on what browser you used.
If you use Internet Explorer, then just click on menu Tools -> Pop-Up Blocker -> Pop-Up Blocker Settings..., and adjust some setting which you prefer.

And if you use Mozilla Firefox, just click on menu Tools -> Options and in the Options dialog box go to Web Features part, and you can find the Block Popup Windows checkbox, and also you can adjust the sites by clicik on the Allowed Sites button.
