Why cant I get into a pool game when it tells me to allow pop ups and i did and wont let me play a game?

I was in the middle of a pool tournament,booted, then told i was banned.Why did this happen for no reason?

close the window and clear your cache file, also ensure that you have click do the pop-up blocker such as google ad blocker or yahoo off. well that works for me. Cheers

i had the same problem try turning off the ad blocker before chosing a room to play if that dont help check your anti virus set up turn off ads there or check and see if u are trying to plaay behide a firewall if so reset your settings
