Cue, cue stick or pool cue in general terms. Some snooker players will refer to their cue as a "snooker" cue because of the demensions of the shaft. The ones who play billiards (no pockets) refer to them as "billiard" cues again because of the demension of the "stick" itself and taper of the shaft.A common question around the pool rooms is "...what cha shootin with?" Most would respond with the name brand or name of the cue maker.
