Snooker Question!!?
can anyone tell me the snooker game in which the brown ball goes into the middle pocket by travelling on top of th cushion, along the side of the table, and drops into the pocket?

Ignore those other answers! I know the game you mean. It happened in the Savoy Snooker Club in Catford in the late 80s. The guy who played the shot was my good mate Chris, but I went on to win the game! He tried to pot it in the corner, but hit it so hard it jumped up onto the top of the cushion, and rolled into the middle pocket. The same thing happened to Alex 'Hurrricane' Higgins in a game against Cliff Thorburn I think, on TV.
