"The Prince" La Scottie/ La Scotty?

Question:Has anyone ever heard of or know anything of this guy? I remember him from old Steve Mizerack videos that featured him Mike Siegal, etc. He was a tournament eightball/nineball player and always wore a puffy shirt with a suit. I cant seem to find any information about him anywhere.
