Everybody else is doing it so i guess i will to?
yes. i actually did this yesterday after reading your question. test 1 slamming it on concrete as hard as you can works.just dropping it doesn't though.test 2 hitting it with a hammer didn't work so well. it just chipped it a little bit. test 3shooting it with an standard revolver worked the best ...mini test 4i also shot it out of a potato gun but it didn't go far it was to heavy. PS i did most of the tests with the 8 ball but redid them with the cue even tho uh they re different sizes they worked identically.Does anyone in San Antonio, Tx know where i can find a place to play pool for under $5?
sure it can be broken, im not sure if you want a scientific answer as to how much force, but two stupid friends of mine broke one by crashing it into another pool ball. Ive seen it . . . it can be doneGood smash with a sledgehammer usually does the trick! :)
How i can take out glue from old decal?
not a whole lot. they can be easily broken, espcially if dropped on concrete or another hard materialI would like to open up a pool hall in a small town. What do I need to know?
I have never heard of this theory being tested but I am sure that it is possible. Try it I would. Sounds like it would be way cool.I would bet that if you contacted Saluc, the parent company of Aramith (the premier billiard balls), they have probably done some research on this. I couldn't even begin to guess on the amount of force required to shatter a phenolic resin billiard ball. Give them a try. M.D.-BCA Instructor/Referee.
