Should I pay an extra £100 for a 7ft pool table or is a 6ft table good enough?

Who won the National Billiards and Snooker title for 4 years?

In my personal opinion, neither is a good idea. The most common size table that you'll find in a bar or pub will be 7ft. So, between the two, I would go for the 7ft. table. 6ft. is just too small of a table to really let your stroke out. You will have so many clusters and obstacles on a 6ft. table that you'll be pulling your hair out. Professional tables are 9ft., not 8ft. 8ft. tables are the most common size found in homes but regulation size is 9 ft. If you have the room to accomodate a 9ft. table, I would highly recommend that you save up a little more and get one. Playing on a 9ft. table will improve your shotmaking ability, so that when you find yourself playing on a bar table, it seems like childs play. Sure, bar tables present their own challenges, but in general, a player who is used to 9ft. tables will do better on a 7ft. table, than someone who is used to bar tables, playing on a regulation table. Is this Guy good or What?

No clue how much E100 or however you do that symbol. But always go bigger. Because you can regret going to small but if you have enough room you can't regret going the bigger size.

How do i get to play pool?

A 6ft table is fine, but a 7ft one offers a bit more of a challenge. I suppose it depends at what stage of the game you are. If a beginner, I would say go for the 6ft one, theres not really a lot of difference though.

Why cant i catch fish?

Well there are a couple ways to look at it if you want a good short game then the 6 ft will work but if you want a good over all game then the larger is better. also the difference in size will affect your bank shots because the angle will be different. The best advice i have heard is that if you play on what you shoot on the most then it will benefit you best. Just an extra tip If you play on a table the same size get one with smaller pockets so your aim is more precise.

What happens when you hit the 8 ball in on a break?

the best if you are serious about the game is a 9ft -- 7ft is more common than the 6ft, and at least a bit closer to regulation size.
