No access to yahoo pool room spots?

Question:Some friends of mine have set up a pool league using your UK Spots pool room. We are now unable to enter this room due to "Bots" takng the room over. They are constantly changing there name and taking all tables etc without playing. This is being done by someone just to stop us from entering the pool room. Is there anything that you can do at Yahoo to resolve this issue.
