I can't play pool, it won't let me in . how do i get in?
Pool tables are smaller in size and have bigger pockets. Pool only has red or yellow balls with one black ball - snooker has 15 red, and 1 yellow, green, brown, blue, pink and black ball. The cues used are different too: pool cues are heavier, thicker and have bigger tips.
The rules are also (obbviously different) - most notably: you are allowed to 'jump' balls in pool when you arent allowed in snooker; pool you get two shots for a foul - while in snooker you get 1 plus penalty points (or the opportunity to make the opponent retake the shot); pool you try and pot the same colour balls before potting the black - whilst in snooker you must pot a red and then a colour and then pot the colours in sequence.
