What is English called in England? Describe a 6 rail shot that can be made on a pool table? What is squirt?

We call any position on the Cue ball by the cue (except center ball) English what is this called in England? There is a 6 rail bank shot that can be made on a good, level, fast pool table (describe what rail gets struck first by object ball and where on it to aim). Squirt refers something in pool (hint It's sort of like a misscue but it is not).

How do you play golf on a snooker table?

English is called screw in England

6 rail shot
It's an extra 2 rails added to a shot called 4 in the corner.
Facing the end rail, from a bit left of the break spot aim the object ball a bit to the right of the center diamond the on the end rail(use a tad of left english). The object ball must strick the 2nd rail (long rail) between the side pocket and the corner pocket at the other end of the table. The ball goes six rails into the opposite corner. Shoot hard as hell! If you make it put up you cue, pat youself on the back and go home a winner!

Squirt is a deflection in the path of the cue ball right after being stuck by the cue. No one really understands the true cause; but it is more apt to happen using a cheap cre than a really good cue stick.

Does anyone play pool?

taking a crack at the 6 rail shot...

object ball to strike side rail about 6" up from corner pocket- to end rail- to side rail before side pocket- to opposite side rail- to end rail- to side rail- into corner pocket near where it started from. LOL a guess

Squirt - is the lateral effect on the cue ball when it is struck off centre. When struck with english the cue ball does not travel in line with the cue, rather it goes a slight sideways angle.

English - Offially, the English have separate terms for actions used on the cue ball.
