Make a mixture of 1 part vinegar and 1 part rubbing alcohol. Put several drops in each ear after every swim and every shower. It works!
Take your hair dryer and setting it on low works for me. I use to have inner ear problems when swimming.

ask some1 2 blow sigaret-smoke into the ear. it sounds weird, but believe me, it works. i've been swimming all my life and it works 4 me.by the way, i'm also a keen pool-player, which is why i thought i should tell u that this is the wrong site 4 u, honey. but keep on trying, perhaps u'll get it right next time.
