33 inches or there about.The World Pool-Billiard Association dictates that table bed height shall be between 29 ΒΌ inches [74.295 cm] and 31 inches [78.74 cm]...but they are yankee dominated.

They don't seem to mention a specific requirement for table height, so I'm guessing that they bow down to the yanks way of thinking (just like our government).
Snooker tables are also sometimes referred to as English Pool tables.but I assume that you would have said snooker if you had meant snooker.
