Algaecide and Clayifer For Pools..?

Question:i dumped algeacide and pool claifyer into our pool... it got rid of the algae, but my pool is still really murky... what should i do? Should i go out and buy more claifyer or what? please help me.. i think that the algaecide is fighting the claryifer and not letting the claifyer do it's job. so what should i do?

Did you shock the pool with chlorine also? If not you need to add chlorine schok and run the filter 24 hours a day untill clear. Keep a close you on the filter pressure, you will need to backwash or clean the filter frequantly as the dead aglage is cought in the filter.
