How do you fix a bent butt on a pool stick?
well first of all find out why the other pool hall closed and how long it been colsed. and then find out if you can get a liquor license. find a decent location and big enough to be a pool hall. rent has to be cheap because you need at lease 6000 sq/ft. try to get a good lease, have the landlord help you with some of your improvements. such as walls ready for paint, ceilings done, hvac system, etc. find out your city zoning, and building dep's regulation. try to keep the pool hall clean, open and have cheap table rate $2-$3 per person per hour. have a full kitchen and decent food. find nice staff, espeacially a good bartender. i own a poolhall and building my second one now. so if you have any questions email me at jetnifun@yahoo.comWhy do i keep getting booted to this page when i'm playing pool?

There may not be a lot of profit in it but if it's something you want to do go for it! First, you need to look into leasing the building. I work in commercial real estate so if you need help in negotiating a low rent, email me at lyndalu_98@yahoo.com. If there is still any equipment in the pool hall you can try to purchase it from the previous owner, that'll be better than buying everything new. You can probably get your employees for cheap if you hire college students.Good luck!
