Should I, or do I; have to give half my jackpot winnings to my brother?
I took a recently divorced neighbor lady out for a break, and hit a very large jackpot. My brother paid for our night out as a good gesture towards the depressed neighbor. I am $100,000 in debt and do not own a home. If i pay off my debt and buy a modest $400,000 home, I'll be almost broke again. My brother is very wealthy. What do I do?

Get a good job and pay off your $100,000 debt. Once that is paid you can have him increase your allowance.
