Why do people shiver when getting out of a pool in hot weather?

Sometimes Servers crashes and you have to wait a bit for yahoo to repair the server for a paticular room. Also, you might have pop-up blocker installed on your computer, to stop the pop-up blocker all you need to do is hold down the Ctrl button under the shift key. Hope this helps
