How do you repair your pool cue?

i have some dents in my cue.. i have tried the trick with the glass, but it's useful only for the small ones, but i have some that are really nasty.. any ideas on how i can fix them? btw no answers like buy a cue repair dvd, thx

I would drop your cue off with someone that knows what they are doing. Ask around at your local pool halls. If it's bad enuf glass won't work You need to have your shaft turned on a lathe. That way the shaft is consistant down it's taper.
