Pass the shaving cream and make it the foamy kind and unscented. Be sure to test a very small spot first for colorfastness.

Spray on the spot, resist the temptation to play in the foam it works all by itself. Wait 15 minutes blot and rinse with a vinegar and water solution.

You can also use liquid dish soap, blot on, wait 30 minutes blot and rinse with vinegar and water. The shaving cream does a bletter job tho but both will remove most kinds of food stains.
