for a beginner thats pro. but you know, you can always do better :P. try moving up in small increments though, or else you might push yourself too hard. i recommend going up by two strokes each time. or if your going for a cardio workout, time yourself and try and get it down. good swimmers can swim 24 lengths in about 9 min, and olympians. lets not go there XDHas Ian Thorpe moved to Los Angeles yet?

You just learned how to swim? or just started training? If your a new learner than thats fantastic! if you are trying to train, try to do a little more, and if you're uncomfterble, you can try running and dryland ( abs, weights ect.) to get your endurance and strength up.How do u get water out of ur ears with out shaking ur head to the side until it comesut?
i assume we're talking a 25 m pool length here, and that is pretty good for a beginner.. most of the 1st-years on my team would do that for a warm up though, just as a reference.Thats good for someone who just started espcially if you did it with out stopping every time that you go try to add a couple lengths. This will help build up your endurance gradually.
