Most facilities require you have CPR for the Professional Rescuer.AKA C-Pro, CPR/FPR or CPR-Pro.

The Lifegiuard part of it is good for three yeas.
So every year you have to renew, or "challange" the CPR part of the course.
You can do this by just taking the test and demonstrating your physical skills on a mannikin in a Challenge Course. A certified Instructor must certify you.
If you don't remember anything, and haven't been practicing; it would be wise to take the whole CPR/Pro class.
Which, I think is an 8 hour course, but don't quote me on it, check with your local chapter.
