I can barely swim and am to afraid to try again.?
I live about a five minute walk from a beach but i cannot swim. Im 15 years old. Last time i went u current started took me out and i panicked and called my friend to help me but he could not hear me . When i got to shore i was so scared and i decided not to go into the ocean and until i can swim better but their are no pools around my house and im scared of the ocean i i have flashbacks about that day and some help would be great.

Get someone whose a really good swimmer ( don't you know a lifegaurd? ) to go into the sea with you a couple of times, until you starting feeling confident enough to go swim alone or with friends.use a bouyant aid

you need something to gain you confidence...try a community pool?if you don't have one try to find a swim team who gives lessons to people who cant swim or who can but are afraid.
