How can I protect my hair and skin while swimming?
My hair gets very brittle in the water. I have never used a swim cap. Are they helpful in saving your hair, or are they more useful for smoothing your head for speed? Do you put an ointment in your hair to prevent the chlorine from drying it out? What do you you put on your skin after swimming also? I have tried using an oil, but it doesn't seem to absorb. Thanks.
