What type of swim suit should i wear?

i am chubby and i am required to attend swimming practices to be able to loose weight. i don't want my "bulges" to be somewhat exposed. it would be shameful if that happens.. what type should i wear? (panty-type, short-type,etc.)

try going for a one-piece suit if you want to be covered up. also, you could try finding a suit with splicing (aka lines running down the sides of the suit) for a slimming illusion. good luck, swimming is a great way to exercise and it helped me lose weight too!

i am also quite chubby thus i wear the diver type swim suit, the one with short sleeves and end with shorts that kind. usually unless you are very fat it would not show your "bulges"

i would go with a full back suit. the cut out backs tend to show more than you want to be shown. but swimsuits run small, get something smaller than you think you need. trust me...once i was swimming in a suit bigger than i needed because of my self-conciousness, and when i did a start, the suit flew off! that was over exposure! so yeah full back and you could try finding boy shorts. i would only reccommend those though if it is your thighs you're worried about, not your tummy, becuase shorts don't do anything about that and they're pricey. :) hope this helps!

Wear 2 suits, they both dont have to be new. They are called drag suits and they add drag which can make you work harder and make you stronger. plus it might cover up your bluge spots

Try a full body or 3\4 swimsuit. They hide all the lumps and bumps.

They are rather modest and come in all colors. They can also be obtained in knee length adjusted to your required length.

If you choose a dark base color then anyone will have too look hard to see what you are trying to hide.
