Emotional problem effecting my preformance?

Hi -

That is pretty normal for everyone.

The same thing could have happened if you did push ups. Swimming is one of the best ways to excerise, and if you haven't excersized in a while, or stretch REALLY good before you go swimming, your muscles will probably be sore for a few days.

As far as remedies... You could try Icy Hot, or go get a good massage. If you can deal with it for a few more days, it will fade away.

Next time, take it easy, and slower, and you should be fine. Your muscles need time to recouperate.

Do most guy swimmers shave their pubic area and testicles to swim faster?

For now you could try the cool down packs for your muscles they are probably just sore because when you swim you use alot of muscles you wouldn't normally.
Next time try doing some stretches before you swim that can help your muscles warm up so you aren't as sore afterwards

What can I spray on my snorkel goggles to keep them from fogging up?

do it more. the more you get your muscles used to it they will not feel so stiff, but you are getting stiff from the muscle you are gaining from swimming. just keep doing what your doing and your aches and pain will turn into glorious muscles and healthy bones.
