How do I put on a swimming cap?
I have bobbed hair and I'm trying to use a rubber Speedo swimming cap, but I'm having serious trouble getting it on. Can anyone tell me if there's a proper way to put one on?

The easiest way to put on a swim cap is this (I know this sounds like I'm being facetious, but it really IS the way coaches teach their youngest swimmers to put on their own caps!): Turn the cap inside out. Fill the cap with pool water, grabbing the cap by its sides. Put the lowest dip of the filled cap so that it touches the crown of your head. Pull the sides of the cap down and over your ears. You not only get your cap on with minimal effort, you get the "getting wet" part over with!

Use talcum powder...Well if your a girl first put up your hair.
after that ether put baby powder or water in it, not a lot and not both. Baby powder is better though since water makes it slippery. Next put one end on the top of your forehead. Stretch the other end back and down. It should slip on. IF not then have a friend help you, as you hold the front end have them stand in front of you and pull the other end over the back of your head. You wiull need to put your head down! =]
use baby powder, put a few in the cap makes it easy to wear!

I have trouble getting it on too.You start from the nape of your neck and pull it up and over.
i had the same trouble with my horse's cap so i sewed a chin strap on it ..hope it helps
The best way I've ever found is to tip your head upside down, grit your teeth and the just pull the dang thing on!
Other people suggest getting the hat wet but I'm not too sure about that one....
Put both hands inside it with fingers outstretched. Stretch like feck and try getting your head in it. You can then make minor adjustments when most of your nut is in. Have always thought it must be much tougher for the ladies though because of the extra hair.

Bend forward and from the front of your head slide/pull it on then you can tuck the bob part of your hair in ..Why are the majority of people so serious?
it is easier with a friend.. you take one end... the part in fron your friend takes other...hold your end tight against your forehead and bend over your friend will pull the cap over your head... easiest when hair and cap are wet...Were to go swimming whit kids in tacoma?
Get someone to help you put it on, thats what i doHold the cap to your head and have your friend pull it over your head
