Diving for how long?

For how long can you dive? I don't mean keeping your breath, or the depth you can dive to, but swimming under the water's surface...

I have swam 100 feet underwater, with fins. I can easily hold my breath for 3 minutes out of the water, By breating deep and practicing it.

Probably about 1 to 2 minutes at the most. You have to have enough air to go back up, unless you are scuba diving. That would be dangerous to go too low, or else the pressure might kill you.
