Rest and Taper... shave the day before your race.. watch what you eat, be prepared with everything you need to swim ( extra pair of goggles too ) make sure you know when your event is, what heat and lane you are on..The more preparation you have, the less things you have to worry about when you are about to go.. concentrate in your race and good luck

Eat very heavy meal before 12 hours of the event and then sleep for about 9 hours. Take 3 glasses of water when you get up from sleep. Then go on doing very minor movements like movement of fingures for some time, say for about 20 minutes. , combing your hair for about 5 minutes, closing down and opening your eyes continuously for about 4 minutes, take deep breath and release for about 2 minutes, walk slowly inside a room for about 10 minutes etcyeah just eat and google it

What you do 2-3 days before competition will affect you. Get good rest, plenty of fluids and proper nutrition. Mental attitude adjustment with relaxation and visualization can be used. Swim your race, be positive, and whatever happens, accept. Practices usually determine how well you do by how well you prepare.
